幼少期より、様々なジャンルのダンスや音楽を通じ、舞台公演やコンサート、世界大会出演、バトル優勝など経験を積む。
魂の記憶を覚えていたことから、たくさんの存在との対話も続ける。オリジナルアルバム、MV、絵画の製作など多数。
これまで経験してきた生活全てが、自然、カラダ、ココロ、そして地球や宇宙、源と繋がるということを深く実感し、歌、言葉、ダンス、祈りを和合させた『テンサイトダンス』といジャンルを自ら確立させ、国内外の聖地などにて奉納。
一見バラバラに思えるようなものも、ひとつひとつを繋ぎ、星空の星座のようにひとつのかたちを作りたいという想いと、衣食住のなかで 『シンプル、バランス、リラックス 』をテーマに、繋がりと空間のありかたを提案した、自身が代表を努める『AUS(Asterism Unity Space)』のコンセプトがある。
地球循環型コンセプトで多彩な仲間たち(アーシスト)達と、調和、共振、共鳴などをテーマに作品を製作、舞台を主催。 その他、体と心宇宙と対話するワークショップ開催、自立支援 、企業家育成、地方創生プロジェクトなどジャンルを超え幅広く活動を行なう。
滞在型制作プログラム 「水窪アーシストインレジデンス２０２０」等を開催。全国各地から地球循環型で表現するアーシストたちとの過ごした時間をドキュメンタリー映画にと制作中。
地球循環型でアソボウ！をコンセプトに、『BISOWA』というブランドを立ち上げる。Made in Earth Product という形で、全国各地にある地球の恵みを取り入れた商品開発、端材などを活用し、Reclaimed EARTH Projectをスタート。作り手、使い手、鉱物、植物、微生物、、、全ての命で豊かさが巡ります。
現在は都内をはじめ静岡、広島で8店舗＋10軒のsalon、Co-Living space、衣食住のセレクトショップ、カフェなど運営。2018年に浜松市、天竜区にある水窪町に移住し地域に根ざした活動を開始。現在15箇所以上を譲り受け同時にリノベーション、そして所有する30万坪を超える山との対話を続ける。
静岡県浜松市天竜区水窪町に３０万坪の山林を譲り受け、多様性のある森づくりをしていくことで、体感型の自然環境改善プログラム、体質改善リトリートなどを計画中。
新しい森林の活用など再生事業、次世代へのバトンを繋ぐ事業を計画、進行。
特殊伐採の体験や資格を取れる場として開いていく。
プリミティブ×テクノロジーの未来を設計実装していく計画を立てていることや、各県中山間地域の情報をつなぐ架け橋になるべく準備中。
町の中にある空き家を改装し、古き良き伝統の先にある、地域に根差した地球の未来に向けた活動を始めている。
2019年感謝経済コミュニティ「ほしびとたちの庭」を開設。運営し、全国各地のスペースを繋ぎ、月額定額制のシェアスペースなどを主体性を持って関わる人たちと広げていく活動を続け、現在約400名程度の会員のメンバーが感謝経済循環コミュニティーでアースコインを循環し、楽しんでいる。
2021年BISOWA VILLAGE株式会社の子会社として有限会社碧代表に就任、「地球循環型インフォメーションセンター水窪の星の駅 碧-AOI-」をオープンし、衣食住のオリジナル商品開発やメニュー開発など含め、地域復興の一環として、経営を始める。
同エリア佐久間町にあるグループホームや地元広島県呉市の住宅を譲り受け、共有スペースとして活用。
2023年5月「一般財団法人MIZUNOTEを設立し、非営利団体としてさらに地域や環境などに還元していけるように活動を続ける。

Seiko Usami is a multidisciplinary artist and earth-conscious producer based in Japan. Her work spans dance, music, spatial design, and social innovation. From early childhood, she trained in diverse genres of dance and music, performing in stage productions, concerts, and international competitions—including multiple battle victories.
She has released original albums, created music videos, paintings, and immersive environments. Drawing from deep inner and outer exploration, she established Tensight Dance—a holistic form of expression uniting movement, voice, prayer, and consciousness.
As the founder of the MIZUNOTE Foundation, she leads initiatives that support individuals in manifesting their heartfelt visions through resource sharing, education, and community collaboration. Her activities encompass stage productions, workshops, community revitalization, ecological regeneration, and creative consulting across Japan and beyond.
She served as the general producer, director, scriptwriter, and choreographer of the large-scale participatory performance “Marian Wave”, integrating art, education, and place-based celebration. Her work bridges expression and social change, always rooted in harmony with nature and collective well-being.
