【0】テンサイトダンスについて
テンサイトダンスを創案した宇佐美聖子は、Jazz・Hip hopなどのストリートダンスと祈り、自然との対話を融合させた、独自の舞と踊りの表現を確立しました。そこから、誰にも属さないオリジナルスタイルが自然と芽吹いていきました。
ジャンルに縛られず、音・空間・身体・天然石といった万象を媒体に、”今”を即興的に体現する。
地球そのものの記憶を宿す身体表現「テンサイト」は、衣食住の中に祈りやリズムがあるという思想のもと、すべての営みを舞の延長線上に見立て、国内外の聖地にて奉納活動・舞台表現を展開している。

【0】About Tensight Dance
Seiko Usami is the creator of Tensight Dance, an original form of movement that merges street styles such as Jazz and Hip-hop with prayer and deep dialogue with nature. Her unique style naturally blossomed—belonging to no one, bound by no genre.
She channels “the now” through improvisation, using sound, space, the body, and even natural stones as mediums.
Tensight is a form of expression rooted in the body, carrying the memory of the Earth itself. With the philosophy that rhythm and prayer reside in all aspects of life—including what we wear, eat, and live in—she offers performances and sacred dedications in sacred sites around the world.

【1】はじめに ― 静けさと波動のあいだで
私は広島で生まれ育ちました。 幼いころから「平和ってなんだろう」「この命をどう生きたらいいんだろう」と、 言葉にならない問いを、心の奥にずっと抱えてきました。
そして同時に、 “自分はなんのために生まれてきたのか”という感覚も、小さな頃から不思議と覚えていました。
それは、まだ出会っていない仲間たちと、いつか“ある未来”に向かって、何かを創り出していくビジョン。 私はそれを「仮置きされた未来」と呼んでいて、 そこに向かって、今この瞬間から点を打ち続けていく確信が、私の内にずっと息づいています。
ちっぽけな命でも、 この身体を通して生まれてくる“響き”が、平和やいのちの歓びに寄与するものだったら―― そんな願いが、今も私のすべての行動の底に流れ続けています。
私は、「目に見えないけれど確かにあるもの」―― 土地の記憶、いのちの声、魂のさざ波、 そして地球の深呼吸のような“流れ”を、身体と空間に翻訳する表現者です。
地球、宇宙の命すべてにリズムがあり、それらの、 過去につながる今、未来からつながる今、そして今の今―― それは立体的で、量子力学的な視点においても、 私は常に、その領域を感じながら生きています。
舞台演出、空間構成、地域再生、天然石、祈りの祭―― 私の活動は枠に収まらず、つながりと感覚に導かれながら、常に変容しています。
どんな現場でも、ことばになる前の願いをひらき、 まだかたちになっていない未来をそっとすくい上げることを大切にしています。
【1】Introduction – Between Stillness and Vibration
I was born and raised in Hiroshima.
Since childhood, I’ve carried unspoken questions deep in my heart—
“What does peace truly mean?”
“How should I live this life?”
At the same time, I held a mysterious sense of purpose, as though I remembered why I had come into this life.
It was a vision of co-creating something with companions I had yet to meet, heading toward a future that already existed somewhere.
I call it a “provisionally placed future,” and I’ve always known, deep inside, that my task is to keep placing dots—one by one—in the now, toward that future.
Even the smallest life, if it can bring forth a resonance through this body, may become a prayer for peace or a celebration of life.
That wish continues to flow beneath all of my actions.
I am an artist who translates the invisible but palpable—
the memory of the land, the voice of life, the ripples of the soul,
and the Earth’s deep breath—
into body and space.
Every living thing on Earth and in the cosmos has rhythm.
There is the “now” connected to the past,
the “now” streaming from the future,
and the “now” of this very moment—
a layered, multidimensional present.
Even through the lens of quantum physics,
this is the field I live and create within.
My work—stage direction, space design, community revival, natural stones, and sacred ceremonies—
doesn’t fit into one category.
Guided by connection and intuition, it’s always evolving.
Whatever the setting, I honor the unnamed wishes that stir before words,
and gently lift the seeds of a future yet to be shaped.

【4】わたしの在り方 ―「今ここ」に点を打つ感覚
動くかどうかの基準は、「今、この場にとって自然かどうか」
まだ言葉になっていない違和感や兆しを感知し、自然に整える動きをする
「前に出たい」ではなく、全体が整うための調律のような行動
テンサイト（Tensight）＝ “今ここ”に響く一点を見定める感性
2040年、全人類がそれぞれの幸せを生き、共創している未来を仮置きして、今に点を打ち続けている
対話ももちろんのこと、共に過ごす中での行動や気配から信頼関係を育む
必要なときは立ち止まり、率直な対話で調整する柔軟性も大切に
私が動くときの判断基準は、「今この瞬間、この場にとって何が最も自然か」です。
場の空気、言葉にならない違和感、まだ形になっていない可能性を受け取り、
その瞬間に最適な一点に、直感的に動きを起こすことを大切にしています。
それは、単に“点を打つ”というよりも、
すべての歓びが一点に交わる瞬間を見極め、そこにそっと身を置くような感覚です。
自然に「そこだ」と感じた点に、呼吸を合わせるように身を置く。
けれどその点がまだ見えないときには、あえて動かず、静かに洞察し続けることもあります。
そして、「今だ」と感じた瞬間には、ためらわずそのエネルギーの中心に立つ。
その行動は、**すべての関係性のバランスの中で最も調和する“一点”**を選びとるようなものです。
これは「前に出たい」「仕切りたい」という意志からではなく、
全体が整うための調整として、ごく自然に現れる動きです。
私は、「テンサイト（Tensight）」という意識を大切にしています。
それは、“今ここ”に響くべき一点を、感性と経験をもとに見極めていく在り方です。
さらに私は、2040年、すべての人がそれぞれの幸せを生き、コラボレーションしている未来を見たうえで、
そこに仮置きした一点から逆算して、今ここに点を打つという意識で生きています。
未来はまだ起きていないものではなく、私の中ではすでに“見えている地点”であり、
そこから今を選びとっていく行動が、私の軸です。
【4】My Way of Being – Sensing the “Now”
- My compass is simple: “Is this natural for this moment, in this place?”
- I detect subtle discomfort or emerging signals before they’re verbalized, and move gently to harmonize the field
- My actions aren’t driven by “wanting to stand out,” but by the need to tune the whole into harmony
- “Tensight” means the ability to perceive and strike the resonant point in the present moment
- I’m placing dots in the now, toward a provisional vision of 2040 where all humanity lives in harmony with their happiness
- I believe in nurturing trust not just through dialogue, but through presence, action, and shared rhythms
- And when needed, I pause—and welcome honest conversations with flexibility and care
My Way of Being — Standing in the “Now”
When I move, my guiding principle is simple:
“What feels most natural in this moment, in this place?”
I tune into the atmosphere, sense the unspoken discomforts, and feel the possibilities that have yet to take shape.
Then, I let my intuition guide me to take action at the most resonant point for that moment.
Rather than just “placing a dot,”
it’s more like discerning the moment when all joy converges into a single point—
and gently placing myself right there, in alignment with that breath.
When I sense that point clearly, I place myself there as naturally as breathing.
But if that point is still unclear, I don’t force movement.
Instead, I remain still—quietly observing, listening, and waiting.
And when the moment arises—when it truly feels like “now”—
I step into the center of that energy without hesitation.
That movement is like choosing the one point that brings the greatest harmony among all relationships.
It doesn’t come from a desire to lead or take control,
but from a natural impulse to tune and align the whole.
I hold dear the awareness I call “Tensight”—
an intuitive way of discerning the one resonant point in the “here and now” based on deep sensitivity and lived experience.
Moreover, I live with the vision of the year 2040,
where each person is living their own happiness and collaborating together.
I place a provisional dot in that future—
and from that future point, I work backward, continuously placing dots in the now.
【補足】動きが早いと感じるかもしれない方へ
私の行動は、私が目立ちたいからでも、コントロールしたいからでもありません。
場やプロジェクトが“本来の流れ”に戻るために、自然と湧き起こった応答です。
空気の微細な変化、まだ言葉になっていない意図、場のリズムを感じ取ったとき、
流れを整える動きを先に取ることがあります。
それが「全体が進むために自然に起こったこと」として伝われば幸いです。
必要なら、いつでも立ち止まり対話する姿勢でいます。
【Note】For those who feel my pace is “fast”
My movement isn’t about control or visibility.
Rather, it’s a natural response to help realign the project or space with its true flow.
I often respond before words are spoken—
to subtle shifts in air, unexpressed intentions, or the space’s rhythm.
Please know that it arises to serve the whole.
I’m always open to pause and reflect together, if needed.

- My feminine body holds within it the masculine forces of structure and breakthrough
